Grateful Heart Stenciled Greeting Card

HELLO! Today I am excited to share this stenciled card I created using the super cute and fun Blank Page Muse Clara & Dream Big Art Rubber Stamps designed by Magda Polakow. As a bird momma myself I love stamps with birdies! and this one is adorable. And she looks so cute on this slimline card!

Supplies needed:

Blank Page Muse Clara & Dream Big Art Rubber Stamps designed by Magda Polakow

Blank Page Muse Hearts Stencil designed by Magda Polakow

inks, markers, distress inks, coordinating card stock, white cardstock for card base and stamping, ticker sentiments

Create your slimline card by cutting your white cardstock to 8.5 inches x 7 inches. Score your card at 3.5 inches (on the 7 inch side). These slimline card will fit into regular business sized envelopes.

Cut your coordinating cardstock slightly smaller than your card base front.

Use distress ink to ink your Blank Page Muse Hearts Stencil designed by Magda Polakow . Move your stencil to ink your entire cardstock.

Just look at how the red ink pops off the pink cardstock!

Adhere the stenciled background onto your card base.

Stamp your Blank Page Muse Clara & Dream Big Art Rubber Stamps designed by Magda Polakow onto white cardstock.

Color your image as desired.

Add your Blank Page Muse Clara & Dream Big Art Rubber Stamps designed by Magda Polakow to your card . Add sentiment stickers to finish off your card.

Soft Pastels Watercolor Card

Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy. Today we are going to create and with the Soft Pastels from Stampin' Up! . These are my first time ever playing with the Soft Pastels! They are so fun that I created 2 cards to share and I can't wait to play and create with them some more.

The first card using normal stamping techniques and the second card creates a resist outlined image as shown below.

Getting Started and creating your backgrounds

Start by creating your card bases by cutting two 4 x 11 inch pieces from Basic White Cardstock. Fold at 5 1/2 inches to create two 4 x 5 1/2 inch card bases.

Cut two pieces of watercolor paper to 3.5 x 5 inches.

Resist Card

Add your embossing pouch from the embossing Tool Kit .

Stamp your image from Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set onto your water color paper with Versamark Ink Pad and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.

Using your Soft Pastels

Using your soft pastels color/ scribble your pastels onto the water color paper.

Using your Water Painters , spread pastels across your backgrounds and let dry!

I used my heat tool t dry my papers.

Resist Card Continue

Option 1

Mat image on Highland Heather 8 1/2x 11 Cardstock and adhere to card base.

Option 2

Mat image on Highland Heather 8 1/2x 11 Cardstock and adhere to card base. Using coordinating Cheerful Daises Dies die-cut your image and adhere so that the resist outline shows.

Stamp you sentiment onto die-cut ticket from Cheerful Daises Dies

"Normal" Stamping Techniques card

Stamp your image from Cheerful Daisies Stamp Set and sentiment with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.

Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy. Today we are going to create this stunning Flowering Zinnia Slimline Card. I love this paper and I love even more how stunning it looks on cards. This card is simple to re-create. and who doesn't love the bright and cheery Flowering Zinnias.

Gather your Supplies

Stylish Shape Dies

Flowering Zinnias Designer Paper

Classic Stampin’ Spots Assortment

Bakers Twine Essentials Pack

Sentimental Park Stamp Set

PAINTED LAVENDER PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET

Highland Heather 8 1/2x 11 Cardstock

Basic White 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock

Paper Trimmer

BASICS 3D EMBOSSING FOLDERS

Create your card

Cut your Basic White 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock to 7 x 8 1/2 inches. Score and fold at 3 1/2 inches to create your slimline card base. I love that the Stampin' Up! Paper Trimmer

Cut your Flowering Zinnias Designer Paper to 3 x 6 inches. Fussy cut around your flowers.

Using your BASICS 3D EMBOSSING FOLDERS or your favorite embossing folder, emboss a 3 1/4 x 8 1/4 piece of Highland Heather 8 1/2x 11 Cardstock. I flipped my embossing folder to enable me to emboss the entire piece of cardstock.

Tie a bow of Bakers Twine Essentials Pack around your embossed cardstock and then adhere to your card base.

Adhere your FLowering ZInnia paper to your card base as shown.

Cut a banner from your Stylish Shape Dies and stamp sentiment from the Sentimental Park Stamp Set with your Flirty Flamingo ink from the Classic Stampin’ Spots Assortment and adhere to your card. Stamp butterflies and die cut from your PAINTED LAVENDER PHOTOPOLYMER STAMP SET and dies.

By Your Side Kit Alternative Designs

Welcome crafty stampers to today's Craft Room Therapy. Today I am sharing 4 alternate card I created with the By Your Side Kit with just a few on-hand supplies. The kit comes with everything you need to create 8 cards (2 of each design) - ink, stamps, adhesives, card bases, envelopes, a stamping block, embellishments and complete instructions.

Here are my first 4 alternative designs. One is a copy oh a kit design but I cut the card base in half and created it on a larger card base.
